At an enlarged meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on July 8, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree approving plans for admission to study in 2022 at universities and secondary vocational schools of Turkmenistan.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pays special attention to the integrated development of the regions as one of the key conditions for the overall progress of the country, taking important steps to achieve the grandiose goals of a new stage in the development of Turkmenistan, called "The revival of a new era of a powerful state."

The events of the past month, during which important business meetings, political negotiations, business forums, large-scale cultural activities, exhibitions, conferences and other significant events were regularly held by Turkmenistan in the country and abroad, demonstrate the consistency of the progressive state policy of "open doors" successfully implemented by the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, focused on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

Extensive care for the young generation, its harmonious development and health, worthy upbringing and education, creation of the necessary conditions for obtaining chosen professions, doing science and creativity, physical culture and sports is an invariable priority of the state policy of Turkmenistan. This year, the motto of which is “The era of the people with Arkadag”, our Fatherland, under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, continues consistent implementation of large-scale reform programs covering all spheres of life of the state and society. At the same time, special attention is paid to youth - the future of an independent neutral Motherland, the backbone of its further prosperity and progress.

Independent neutral Turkmenistan, steadily increasing fruitful political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties with all interested countries of the world, under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov continues to successfully implement the strategy of broad international cooperation. Diverse events of the past month - meetings, consultations, business negotiations, forums, seminars, exhibitions held in various formats by ministries and departments with foreign partners and authoritative organizations - serve as a clear example of this.

The effective development of investments in industries in order to create new industries and additional jobs in cities and villages, including the most remote corners of the country, became a cross-cutting topic of the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held on Thursday. In this context, it is planned to draft the State Budget, the Main Directions of Socio-Economic Development and the Investment Program for 2023, as well as review the current situation by industry and long-term tasks.

Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, which this year celebrate the 20th anniversary of the signing of Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation, are united by long-standing, primordially friendly relations. In the modern era, interstate dialogue, built on the principles of strategic partnership, is dynamically developing both in a bilateral and multilateral format.

Numerous business meetings, negotiations, political consultations, international fora, exhibitions, cultural events and other events in the life of the country, organized by ministries and departments both in our country and abroad, held last month, have become another clear evidence of the peacekeeping strategy of independent neutral Turkmenistan aimed at expanding and deepening cooperation for the sake of common well-being and sustainable development.

In the modern era, our Fatherland is successfully implementing large-scale reforms in all areas, including fuel and energy.  

Yhe work on the implementation of the policy of "open doors" initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and broad international cooperation is successfully continuing in independent neutral Turkmenistan.
