After the presentation had concluded, the President signed the Resolution on the construction of the 1,574MW combined-cycle power plant on the territory of the Mary state power plant.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree “On acceptance to the citizenship of Turkmenistan”, having admitted to the citizenship of Turkmenistan 361 persons, residing permanently on the territory of Turkmenistan and having no citizenship.
