On awarding the Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation V.I. Matvienko with the Order of Turkmenistan “For contribution to the development of cooperation”
In order to further improve the efficiency of the work being carried out during the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State to protect the environment, prevent climate change, timely implement the provisions arising from the National Strategy of Turkmenistan on Climate Change, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement, the President Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the Nationally determined contributions (NDCs) of Turkmenistan under the Paris Agreement.
In order to further develop international cooperation of Turkmenistan in the Caspian Sea region, preserve the environment of the Caspian Sea, strengthen international relations aimed at ensuring sustainable development in the region, as well as training and professional development of employees of relevant state institutions in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, prescribing in the period May 16-27, 2022, with the participation of representatives of the relevant ministries and sectoral departments of Turkmenistan, the embassies of the Caspian states in Turkmenistan, in partnership with the Institute of the Caspian Sea and the International Institute of Oceans, to hold international training seminars “Caspian Sea - sustainable development and management” in the city of Ashgabat.
In order to implement the bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and the Republic of India, as well as to further develop relations between the two countries, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Indian Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation from the Turkmen side.
In order to organize high-level international events in our country in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
In order to create favorable conditions for interesting and useful leisure of vacationers in the Avaza National Tourist Zone, to ensure a high degree of their safety, as well as to improve the quality of services rendered to vacationers, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree, and in its accordance a Management Center for recreation organization in the Avaza National Tourist Zone has been created and approved its composition.
Honoring the unparalleled heroism shown on the battlefields by the participants in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the dedication of gray-haired mothers who worked at that time in the rear, taking into account the noble work they are doing to educate the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, heroism, courage, strengthening the unity and solidarity of our people, merits in the successful implementation of the cardinal reforms being carried out in the country, as well as on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree instructing the hakimliks of velayats, cities and etraps in honor of the 77th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945, in a solemn atmosphere, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, present war veterans, as well as the widow of a soldier who died in the war, with cash gifts in the amount of 200 manats and valuable gifts.
By order of the President of Turkmenistan for improper performance of official duties, failure to ensure the implementation of instructions to reduce the volume of goods imported from foreign countries, and weakening control over the activities of subordinate institutions in the field of trade, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Gylyjov Chary Bayramovich was strictly reprimanded with the last warning to correct as soon as possible admitted deficiencies.

In order to improve the activities of the Secretariat of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for the Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization of the United Nations (UNESCO), the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on approving the Regulations on the Secretariat of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO.
