In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan», I decree:
The Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan approved Resolution №1 of the general meeting of shareholders of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank «Halkbank» dated on 12th of February 2024 on the dismissal of Myrat Sapardurdyevich Arabov from the post of Chairman of the Board of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank «Halkbank».
In order to further develop the country’s education sector in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state and systematically strengthen its material and technical base, successfully implement the tasks outlined in the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028”, and further transform the architectural and urban appearance of the capital, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which Ashgabat City Khyakimlik is allowed to conclude contracts with local building enterprises for the design and construction of secondary schools and kindergartens in the Parahat-7 residential area of Ashgabat city with the improvement of adjacent territories.
The city of Arkadag, founded during the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State under the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag, is a city that has no equal in the region, built on the concept of a "smart city" with the most advanced amenities for living.
To appoint Geldiyev Abdulla Muhammetgeldiyevich Minister of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan and to release him from the post of Deputy Minister of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.
To appoint Orazdurdyeva Bayramgul Motyevna Minister of Education of Turkmenistan and to release her from the post of Rector of Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.
To appoint Mammedov Myrat Akmyradovich Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan and to release him from the post of Deputy Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan for Organisation of Medical and-Preventive Care.
To appoint Chetiyev Charyar Puriyevich Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan and to release him from the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan.
To release Orunov Guvanch Dovletmammedovich from the post of Minister of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan in connection with his transfer to another position.
To release Selimov Soyenchnazar Nurnazarovich from the post of khyakim of Berkararlyk etrap of Ashgabat city in connection with his transfer to another position.
