Under the wise leadership of deeply esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State in our country large-scale, long-term programs aimed at strengthening a basis of statehood, further increase in the economic power, well-being of people, achievement of high boundaries in development of our fatherland are successfully realised.

With a view of further augmentation of beauty of architecture-town-planning shape of Ashgabat, creation of optimum conditions for living and recreation of population in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution to authorise the khyakimlik of Ashgabat city to conclude with local construction enterprises contracts on designing and building with an accomplishment of adjoining territories 30 and 16 modern four-storey apartment houses of 40 and 68 apartments accordingly, a secondary school for 720 schoolchildren, a kindergarten for 320 children, a park, internal roadways of the residential quarter as well as internal and external water supply and sewage systems in Gurtly residential complex of the capital.

In accordance with articles 25, 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Court” I decree:

Following the primordial traditions of good relations and humanism of the Turkmen people, in order to be sent in November 2023 on behalf of the Charitable Foundation for providing assistance to children in need of care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov humanitarian assistance to the people of Palestine, and first of all Palestinian children, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order, in in accordance with which it is prescribed to transfer free of charge to the Palestinian side relevant medicines and medical products, textile products, food products and other goods as humanitarian aid.

In order to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted supply of domestic consumers with electric energy, increase the volume of exports of domestic electricity and introduce modern new generation technologies into the electric power industry in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the State Electric Power Corporation «Türkmenenergo» to enter into a contract with the company «Çalik Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.» (Republic of Türkiye) contract for the construction of a 1574 MW combined cycle power plant in the Turkmenbashy etrap of Balkan velayat, power transmission lines for its connection to the power grid and the purchase of necessary spare parts for existing state-owned power plants.

In order to implement comprehensive measures for the effective use of the capabilities of various types of mineral waters and sanatorium treatment on the basis of scientific study in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry to conclude a design and construction contract with the «Nahal» EO equipping with modern equipment and landscaping the surrounding areas an additional new complex of buildings of a medical centre for 400 beds and reconstruction of the former buildings «A» and «B» in the «Arçman» sanatorium in the Baherden etrap of the Ahal velayat.

In order to further expand bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the People's Republic of China, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the leadership of the Turkmen-Chinese Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee and its subcommittees from the Turkmen side.

In order to further build up the partnership between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Belarus, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Belarusian Commission on Cooperation in the Field of Science and Technology from the Turkmen side.

In order to further enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Ashgabat and hold state events in the country at a high level, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the Administration of the Apparatus of the President of Turkmenistan to conclude with the Turkish company «Gap Inşaat Ýatyrym we Dyş Tijäret A.Ş.» contract for the reconstruction and construction of additional buildings and structures of the Ahal-Teke equestrian complex of the President of Turkmenistan.

In order to further increase the world fame of the Turkmen Alabay – the national heritage and pride of the Turkmen people, and in accordance with the Decree No. 2222 of the President of Turkmenistan "On holding contests on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Holiday" dated April 9, 2021, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order prescribing to hold the international contest "Ýylyñ türkmen edermen alabaýy" in Ashgabat on October 29, 2023 on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Holiday, as well as competitions among carpet weavers, artists, sculptors, photographers, employees of the publishing house and cameramen on artistic representation of the image of the Turkmen Alabay in works of fine and decorative arts, publishing products, photographs, TV channels, approving the jury of the above-mentioned competitions.
