In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On legal acts», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree. According to the document, amendments and additions are made to the Regulations on the placement of graduates of secondary and higher vocational educational institutions, approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated the 3rd of February, 2019 «On approval of the Regulations on the placement of graduates of secondary and higher vocational educational institutions».

In order to further ensure the rights and well-being of children in the era of the Renaissance of the new era of the powerful state, which is one of the priority areas of state policy, to create conditions aimed at protecting and systematically improving the rights of children in the socio-political, socio-economic, national and cultural spheres, social and living conditions of the younger generation, improving the quality of education and preparing children for life, the educational work carried out with them, the practical implementation of their rights and increasing opportunities to use these rights, as well as confirming Turkmenistan's commitment to its obligations under international treaties in the field of ensuring children's rights , the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree.

In order to further increase the international prestige of Turkmenistan, popularize its achievements in the socio-economic fields in the world, develop trade and economic relations with foreign countries in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

With a view of careful preservation of primordial spiritual-moral values of Turkmen people, regular augmentation of national traditions and customs inherited from ancestors, further strengthening of unity and cohesion of our courageous, inspired people in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, being guided by noble principles of generosity, decency and humanism and also according to article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

With a view of fulfilment of the tasks proceeding from international obligations on preservation of the environment, including realisation in our country of the Paris Agreement on reduction of emissions of volumes of greenhouse gases and also wide adjustment of cooperation of Turkmenistan with developed states of the world, authoritative international organisations and large companies on exploration of the issue of joining the Global Methane Commitment, the President of Turkmenistan  signed the Resolution. According to the document, the Road map on development of international cooperation aimed at study of the issue of joining of Turkmenistan the Global Methane Commitment for 2023-2024 and the Plan of action for its realisation.

With a view to ensure a well-organized opening ceremony of Arkadag city constructed at the initiative of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the basis of the concept "smart city" with application of high technologies of new generation, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, that instructs:

With a view to further increase of the level of household services provided  to population in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, transformation of Arkadag city into one of the non-polluting and most beautiful cities of the world, determination and registration of the level of seismic danger, successful solution of the tasks designated in the Program “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: The National Program of Social and Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052” and the Program “Reduction of  seismic risk in seismically dangerous zones of Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having instructed the khyakimlik of Arkadag city to hold international tenders for:

With a view to solve successfully the goals designated in the Program “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: the National Program of Social and Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, further increase of standard of living of population, industrial development of regions, realisation the cluster project, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution to instruct to construct services as well as industrial projects for manufacture of food, industrial, pharmaceutical and medical products in Arkadag city in 2023-2026.

In order to further develop in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state of the domestic educational sphere and strengthen its material and technical base, improve educational institutions based on innovative technologies, as well as continue work on the construction of buildings of modern educational institutions equipped with advanced technology that meets international standards, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

According to the Articles 43, 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan on Court, I hereby decree as follows:
