In order to implement the educational policy of the President of Turkmenistan in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, create favorable conditions for the young generation to get modern education to be well versed in innovative technologies, to foster professionals with a broad worldview, as well as present laptops as a gift to schoolchildren admitted to the first grade of general education schools of the country in the 2023-2024 academic year, the President of Turkmenistan signed the relevant Decree, according to which the Ministry of Education is authorized to conclude contracts with the “Agzybirlik tilsimaty” Joint Venture and the “Aýdyň gijeler” Economic Society for the purchase of laptops manufactured in Turkmenistan, their installation in educational institutions until August 1, 2023, and for maintenance thereof.

In order to successfully implement the country's investment plans, qualitatively complete the construction of large industrial and social facilities, scheduled for commissioning in 2023, on time, create new jobs in the regions, as well as further improve the social and living conditions and welfare of citizens, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, in accordance with which the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, hakims of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat are ordered to control the high-quality completion of the construction and commissioning of the relevant large industrial and social facilities in 2023.
Following the age-old traditions of good-neighbourliness and humanism of the Turkmen people, in order to send humanitarian aid to the children of the Ukrainian people in March 2023 on behalf of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order, according to which the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, The Ministry of Textile Industry and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs were ordered to donate to the Ukrainian side the relevant medicines and medical supplies, goods, as well as food products as humanitarian aid.
In order to turn our country into a flowering garden in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, create forest zones and properly care for planted tree seedlings, as well as the implementation of the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan №457 dated the 24th of February 2023 «On planting trees in Turkmenistan in 2023», The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution ordering to hold a nationwide tree planting campaign in the country on the 18th of March in 2023. The document also instructs the ministries, sectoral departments, hakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat to ensure that this nationwide action is held at a high organizational level.
One of the priorities of the foreign policy being pursued by the President of Turkmenistan is the maintenance and strengthening of food security at the international level. In order to practically implement the foreign policy aimed at developing multilateral cooperation with international partners in this area, and consistently promoting the measures taken with international organizations, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Preservation, jointly with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to ensure a high-level of organization and holding of the International Conference “Partnership in the field of food security in the conditions of climate change” in Ashgabat on March 9-10, 2023.
In order to successfully implement the provisions outlined in the Program “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: the National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, promote socio-economic development of the regions, further improve the wellbeing of the population in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, and enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban planning look of the city of Arkadag, Akhal Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing:
In order to further improve the performance of the State Concern “Türkmenhimiýa” in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the structure of the central office of the State Concern “Türkmenhimiýa”.
With a view of enhancement of efficiency of state control over storage and rational use of petrochemical goods in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to assign Türkmennebit State Concern to incorporate the State Service for control over use of petrochemical goods of Türkmennebitönümleri Department of the Concern and to rename it State Service for control over use of petrochemical goods and to approve the Provisions of the State Service for control over use of petrochemical goods of Türkmennebit State Concern.
