In order to successfully fulfil the objectives set for the oil and gas industry, as well as the effective development of license blocks located in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian sea, based on the Law of Turkmenistan «On hydrocarbon resources», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which the State concern «Türkmennebit» is allowed to conclude an agreement on the development of license blocks in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian sea between the State concern «Türkmennebit», the Malaysian company «Petronas Çarigali (Türkmenistan) Sdn. Bhd» and the state enterprise «Hazarnebit» of the Concern.

In order to implement the Agreement on Economic Cooperation between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Slovak Republic, as well as to further develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Slovak Republic, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which the composition of the Turkmen-Slovak joint commission on economic cooperation was established and approved from the Turkmen side.

In accordance with the Resolution of the General Assembly of the Academy of sciences of Turkmenistan, taking into account the ongoing activities to improve the socio-economic situation of the population, develop science and education, bring healthcare system of the country in line with international standards, introduce new advanced technologies in the economy and production, form a new generation of educated youth in Turkmenistan, strengthen the position of an independent neutral Fatherland - Turkmenistan - among the dynamically developing countries in economic terms, as well as further strengthening the policy of peace, friendship and brotherhood in the international arena, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Gurbangulyyevich Berdimuhamedov was elected academician of the Academy of sciences of Turkmenistan in economic and political sciences.

In accordance with the Decision of the Presidium of the Higher attestation committee of Turkmenistan, guided by the policy pursued by the distinguished President to form a new generation of highly qualified specialists and scientists in priority areas of science, as well as to bring the scientific and educational sphere of our country to the level of developed countries in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, based on the certificates of academic councils, conclusions adopted on the councils of the Higher attestation committee of Turkmenistan for Humanities and Economics, Law and Sociological Sciences, on awarding the academic title of professor to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Gurbangulyyevich Berdimuhamedov, as well as taking into account the tremendous achievements in the implementation of scientific and production, innovative and industrial, socio-economic and scientific and technical transformations of national and universal importance and Serdar Gurbangulyyevich Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan, doctor of political sciences, was awarded the academic title of Professor in economics and Political sciences, making a great contribution to modern science, as well as conducting a peaceful domestic and foreign policy and significantly expanding international cooperation.

To appoint Geldinazarov Shalar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of India (New Delhi), as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Maldives.

In order to successfully address the challenges of developing the agriculture of the country, further increase the volume of agricultural and food production in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, and also to create guaranteed food abundance, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

In order to create the necessary conditions for a significant expansion of the equal participation of men and women in the socio-economic, socio-political, cultural and humanitarian activities in the country, as well as to confirm the commitment of Turkmenistan to ensuring gender equality in accordance with international treaties and to increase the possibility of practical implementation of gender equality in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

In accordance with Articles 25, 56, 60, 81 and 102 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the court», I decree:

In order to strengthen the legal foundations of state environmental policy, to define key areas of action to minimize the impact of climate change, to enhance the resilience of ecosystems and the forestry sector to its consequences in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, and to ensure the successful implementation of the National Climate Change Strategy of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution.

In order to safeguard the spiritual and physical health of the population, combat tobacco use, significantly improve public health and citizens’ well-being, increase life expectancy, and implement effective and comprehensive measures in this area, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution.
