To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Italian Republic Komekov Toyly Babayevich as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Cyprus (with residence in the city of Rome).

In order to create a State Information System for Pricing in Construction in Turkmenistan, as well as to implement the State Program for the Development of a National Estimate-Regulatory Base and the Improvement of the Pricing System in Construction, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which the Ministry of Construction and Architecture is allowed to conclude a contract with the economic society «Parlak nesil» to improve the software for calculating the estimated cost.

In order to further develop the partnership between Turkmenistan and the Kyrgyz Republic, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Kyrgyz Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Humanitarian Cooperation from the Turkmen side.
