By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, the temporary fulfillment of the duties of the Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan is entrusted to the Deputy Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations Gochmollayev Begench Hojagulyevich.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting via the digital system with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers in charge of the agro-industrial complex, hyakims of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, having discussed important issues of the country's socio-economic development, as well as the progress of seasonal agricultural work in the regions.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, together with the Hero-Arkadag in the capital's Hezreti Omar mosque, built with the blessing of Haji Arkadag, gave a funeral sadaka-agzachar (charitable iftar) on the occasion of the commemoration day of Malikguly aga, which this year fell on the blessed month of Ramadan.

The past eventful week was yet another evidence of success of large-scale transformations ongoing in Turkmenistan, in which the triumph of the socially-orientated policy based on the fundamental principle “State – for Man!” found its vivid replication.

Last week, 167 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

On April 16, the fifth session of the first convocation of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, at which the Laws adopted in the course of the seventeenth meeting of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh on April 2, was held. The given normative legal documents were developed in accordance with priorities of the socially oriented policy of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and complex program for modernization of the legislative legal basis of the state.

On April 16, the meeting of the Inter-departmental Commission on the Implementation of International Obligations of Turkmenistan in the area of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law was held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with participation of representatives of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh, ministries, sectoral departments and public organizations.
