Today, the state visit of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Kazakhstan began, within the framework of which bilateral negotiations at the highest level will be held in Astana.

Today in the afternoon, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the Summit «Central Asia - Russia», which was held in the capital of Kazakhstan.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which was held at the Congress Centre of Astana.

Today, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov left for the Republic of Kazakhstan to participate in the regular meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State and the Central Asia-Russia Summit. In addition, on October 15, the program of the state visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan will begin.

Today in the Lebap velayat the festival "Handicraft,  arts and crafts in the heritage of the peoples of the world" continues its work.

The fuel and energy complex is the basic sector of the national economy, which plays a significant role in the strategy implemented by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to industrialize the country on an innovative basis, digitally transform the national economic complex, solve issues in the field of import substitution, and expand the export opportunities of the Motherland.

Today, the International Festival “Handicrafts and Decorative and Applied Arts in the Heritage of the Peoples of the World” opening ceremony has taken place in the administrative center of Lebap velayat.

The Ashgabat Forum “Design 2022” and the international exhibition “Design Without Borders” opened today at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and Ukraine.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent warm congratulations and best wishes to King Philip VI of Spain on the occasion of the national holiday of the Kingdom of Spain.
