Today, the 34th meeting of representatives of the Parties to the International Transit Tariff Agreement (ITT), dedicated to the improvement and updating of the ITT Agreement, was held in the Turkmen capital. This document is an agreement between two dozen countries, which establishes uniform rules and tariffs for the transportation of goods by rail in transit mode.
Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, which considered drafts of a number of documents and discussed priority issues of state life.
With a view of further strengthening of economic potential of the country, systematic increase in volumes of production of wheat which is a source of prosperity of people and the guarantor of food independence, prompt and lost-free gathering and uninterrupted transportation to warehouses and elevators the crop of wheat during the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, and also timely settlement of accounts with growers of grain, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution according to which the State Commission for grain harvest of 2023 was created and its structure was approved.
With a view of timely preparation of projects of the State budget for 2024, the basic directions of social and economic development and the investment program of the country, being guided by “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028”in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, according to the Budget Code, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to commission the Ministry of Finance and Economy:
To appoint Babayev Maksat Mammetsaparovich state minister of Turkmenistan - chairman of "Türkmengaz" State Concern and release him from the position of deputy-chairman of "Türkmengaz" State Concern.
To appoint Amanov Batyr Amangeldiyevich Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and release him from the position of state minister of Turkmenistan - chairman of "Türkmengaz" State Concern.
To appoint Begliyev Ashyrguly adviser of the President of Turkmenistan for oil and gas issues and release him from the position of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
By the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Police Lieutenant Colonel Suleiman Amangulyevich Ataev was appointed as the Head of the Arkadag city Police Department.
