To appoint Saparmyradov Velmyrat Yagshymyradovich khyakim of Boldumsaz etrap of Dashoguz velayat and to release him from the post of deputy khyakim of Dashoguz velayat.

To release Annayev Shykhmyrat Esenovich from the post of khyakim of Akdepe etrap of Dashoguz velayat in connection with his transfer to another position.

To appoint Govshudov Yagshygeldi Esenovich khyakim of Akdepe etrap of Dashoguz velayat.

To release Erkayev Murat Ovlyakulovich from the post of khyakim of Khojambaz etrap of Lebap velayat for not coping with the responsibilities assigned to him.

To appoint Achylov Erkin Yangybayevich khyakim of Khojambaz etrap of Lebap velayat and to release him from the post of deputy khyakim of Sayat etrap of Lebap velayat.

To release Rozyev Atajan Jorayevich from the post of khyakim of Charjev etrap of Lebap velayat for not coping with the responsibilities assigned to him.

To appoint Seyidov Astanogly Kullyevich khyakim of Charjev etrap of Lebap velayat.
