International exhibition and scientific conference “The main directions of development of energy industry of Turkmenistan” will be held in Ashgabat on September 6 – 8. This year, the participation of the representatives of profile companies and private sector is planned in specialized exhibition organized by the Ministry of Energy and the Trade and Industrial Chamber. Such subjects as the attraction of foreign investments, modernization of generating and distribution facilities and energy saving will be discussed at the forum.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having assigned Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex to provide free of charge up to 200 tons of A-95 gasoline as well as up to 200 tons of ECO 5diesel fuel according to actual consumption to transport and equipment of the participants of International rally Amul – Hazar 2018 from Turkmenistan and foreign countries as well as to the support personnel according to the order of the Ministry of Interior.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held the session of the Cabinet of Ministers where realization of Presidential and other programmes of social and economic development have been discussed.

Exhibition of economic achievements of Turkmenistan will be timed to the 27th anniversary of the independence. Ministries and departments, facilities, organizations, hyakimliks and members of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs will open more than 70 expositions representing the success of development of the country in different spheres like industry, agriculture, construction, energy, transport and communication sector, trade and services, financial and banking systems.

Opening of new facilities of educational sphere with participation of local artists is timed the Day of Knowledge and Students on September1; the concerts of art masters will be held in Ashgabat song and music centre and in the velayats.

2018 cotton harvest campaign will start campaign in Ahal, Lebap and Mary Velayat on September 5 and in Dashoguz Velayat on September 16. . Works for inter-row cultivation and irrigation are at the final stage.

The conference dedicated to the forthcoming International motor rally “Amul-Hazar 2018” took place at the Sport Hotel in the Olympic Village. The driving licenses and equipment were awarded to the members of the Turkmen team on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.

Regular session of the Council of the heads of the CIS countries will be held in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, on September 28. It is planned that Turkmenistan will chair the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2019. In this regard, the Concept of the chairing and realization plan as well as the drafts of other relevant documents have been developed.

By the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Toyly Atayev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Germany was assigned as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Denmark at the same time.
