President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed a Decree on the discharge of members of the regular armed and other forces and their transfer to the reserve forces, and on the autumn draft.

For the implementation of the Presidential Decree “On the discharge of members of the regular armed and other forces of Turkmenistan, their transfer to the reserve forces, and on the Autumn Draft”, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed an Order authorizing the defense minister, commander of the State Border Service, interior minister, national security minister, director of the Presidential Security Service, chairman of the State Migration Service to give honorable discharge to servicemen, who have achieved excellence and high individual performance while doing their military service.

Opening ceremony of industrial facility – “Garabogazkarbamid” Plant, which supplemented production infrastructure of chemical industry of the country, took place with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
