President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov attended the flower-laying ceremony at the S.A.Niyazov Monument at the capital’s 10 Years of Independence Park to pay tribute to the first President of Turkmenistan.

By the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Jumayev, Shohrat Durdygulyyevich, was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the French Republic.
