For the significant contribution to the development of horse breeding, for achievements in preserving the breeding and productive qualities of the Ahalteke horses, professional skills, as well as in honor of the Turkmen Horse Day, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing to award the honourary title ""Türkmenistanyň at gazanan atşynasy” («Honoured Horse-Breeder of Turkmenistan”) to:

The Public Organizations Center has hosted a grand ceremony to present foremost professionals of the horse breeding industry with state awards: the Garaşsyz Türkmenistana Bolan Beýik Söýgüsi Üçin Order, the Gaýrat Medal, the Watana Bolan Söýgüsi Üçin Medal, as well as badges of honorary titles of Türkmenistanyň At Gazanan Atşynasy and Türkmenistanyň Halk Atşynasy in honor of National Turkmen Horse Day.

In order to successfully implement the tasks set to the International Ahalteke Horse Breeding Association, widen cooperation between horse breeders around the world, increase the number of members of the Association, including foreign ones, as well as according to the protocol of the Board of the Association, President of the Association Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution on holding the XI session of the International Ahalteke Horse Breeding Association in Ashgabat in April 2021.

In order to fulfill the tasks set to the International Ahalteke Horse Breeding Association, widen cooperation between horse breeders around the world, increase the number of members of the Association, including foreign ones, as well as according to the protocol of the Board of the Association, President of the Association Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, ordering to admit relevant citizens of foreign countries and Turkmenistan to the International Ahalteke Horse Breeding Association.

An online meeting with Assistant Director-General, United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), Shamila Nair-Bedouelle was arranged at the International University of Humanities and Development under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Meeting in online format, which was held between representatives of the Ministry of trade and Foreign Economic Relations and Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was dedicated to discussion of priority aspects of Turkmen – Uzbek cooperation including in trade and economic sphere.

National Institute of Education hosted video conference session of the Board Committee of European Union Project “Support of Education in Turkmenistan”.

The festive events, dedicated to the upcoming national holiday – the Turkmen Horse Day were held in the administrative center of Lebap Velayat with the participation of the government officials, the representatives of the Mejlis, ministries and departments, mass media, and numerous guests.

Working video conference session with participation of representatives of the Foreign Ministry, Central Bank, International Monetary Fund as well as ministers of finances and economy of Caucasian and Central Asian countries was held in the Ministry of Finances and Economy.
