Appoint Annayev Batyr Amangeldiyevich as deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

In order to significantly improve the management of roads of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, I decree:

Appoint Kerimov Hangeldi Shirdogdyyevich as Minister of automobile roads of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Gayypov Myratberdi Kuvvatmyradovich as the Minister of health and medical industry of Turkmenistan, relieving him of his post as deputy Minister of health and medical industry of Turkmenistan for the organisation of medical and preventive care.

Appoint Goshjanov Ovezgeldi Amanberdiyevich as Minister of environmental protection of Turkmenistan, relieving him of his post as deputy Minister of environmental protection of Turkmenistan.

Dismiss Amanov Batyr Amangeldiyevich from the post of deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

Dismiss Begliyev Ashyrguly from his post as advisor of the President of Turkmenistan on oil and gas issues due to his retirement.

Appoint Myradov Resul Annacharyyevich as Chairman of the State concern «Türkmenhimiýa», relieving him of his post as deputy Minister of industry and construction production of Turkmenistan.

To relieve Bayramgul Motyevna Orazdurdyyeva of her duties as Deputy Chairperson of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

To relieve Myrat Akmyradovich Mammedov of his duties as Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan in connection with his retirement.
