The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having prescribed the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan, to reorganize the Ashgabat Telephone Network in the prescribed manner into the “Aşgabat Şäher Telefon Ulgamy” Closed Corporation (“Ashgabat Telephone Network”) by changing its organizational and legal status.
