Today, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, ceremonies were held to present state awards and badges conferring honorary titles upon outstanding workers across various economic sectors, leading production personnel, employees of ministries and agencies, including their structural subdivisions, and figures in culture and the arts.
Today, a solemn ceremony for awarding the academic titles of Professor, Associate Professor and Senior Researcher was held at the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan in honour of the glorious 35th anniversary of the sacred Independence of the Motherland. The event, which added to the series of historically significant events of the year “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”, demonstrated that the scientific and educational system of our country has embarked on a path of harmonious development. The fact that the ceremony was held on the eve of the country’s Independence Day gave the solemn occasion a special atmosphere.
In order to ensure favourable conditions for the solemn celebration of Independence Day of Turkmenistan and comfortable recreation for the population of our country on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, and also in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:
In order to ensure the dynamic socio-economic development of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
In order to implement the United Nations General Assembly Resolution «Year of international law, 2028», further strengthen the international legal foundations of foreign policy of Turkmenistan in the interests of peace, security, trust and sustainable development, as well as to form a unified state system of measures to unlock the practical potential of permanent neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
In order to successfully implement the state youth policy, identify young people passionate about science, knowledge, and advanced technology, cultivate generations devoted to the Motherland, hardworking, erudite, educated, and harmoniously developed, making a worthy contribution to the comprehensive development of the country, and create conditions for the full participation of young people in the socio-economic, political, and cultural life of the state and society in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
In order to strengthen the state system of guaranteeing, ensuring and protecting human rights and freedoms in Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as to intensify cooperation with the United Nations and other international organizations, and to carry out activities to fulfil international obligations of Turkmenistan in the field of human rights on a systematic basis, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
