Today, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Hajy Arkadag performed a festive prayer in commemoration of the beginning of Gurban bayramy in the mosque of spirituality of Turkmenbashi in Gypjak and familiarised with the course of construction of a mosque in Arkadag city where he gave Gurbanlyk-sadaka. All it attested to the adherence of Hajy Arkadag to high cultural wealth and centuries-old traditions of Turkmen people.

Celebrations on the occasion of Gurban bayramy have covered all corners of our country. The events that unfolded, including in the Turkmen capital of Ashgabat and in the city of Arkadag, were vivid evidence of the deep reverence of this sacred holiday by our people. Gurban bayramy has increased the spirit of celebration and solidarity of the Turkmen people. This was another clear confirmation of the inviolability of the centuries-old traditions of our ancestors, which are carefully preserved in the modern epoch.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent condolences to President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif in connection with the terrorist attack that occurred in Balochistan province, which resulted in numerous casualties and injuries.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an online working meeting with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev and khyakims of velayats to consider the course of work in the agricultural complex and in regions of the country.

On May 25, 2026, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, met with Ahmet Chalık, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Çalyk Holding" group of companies. Today, all comprehensive secondary schools of Turkmenistan hosted the ceremony of the "Last call» on the occasion of the completion of the academy year 2025-2026.
