President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in has sent a letter to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressing full agreement with his video message to International Forum of Northern Economic Cooperation for 2020 where the necessity of the partnership between Eurasian countries has been highlighted.

Moon Jae-in has said that he is looking forward to meet the President of Turkmenistan in Seoul and expressed sincere wishes of health and happiness to the Leader of the Nation and further prosperity to Turkmenistan.
