A festive concert dedicated to the birthday of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was held in the Turkmen capital, at the square in front of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan.
A composition performed by all participants of the festive event, who conveyed the feelings of love and admiration for their President opened the concert.
The bright shots telling about the multifaceted activity of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to ensure the comprehensive development of Turkmenistan, improve the living standards of the people, pursue the peace-loving policy, implement international initiatives supported by the international community, were demonstrated on the big screen.
The theme of peace and prosperity of the Motherland sounded in a vivid musical and choreographic composition presented by children's creative groups of the country.
The concert continued with performances by famous musicians and popular singers, dance groups. Popular melodies sounded at the square. A musical bouquet of songs created on the poems of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was a wonderful gift to the audience.
Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov addressed the participants of the celebration from the monitors installed on the square via conference call.
Ozodbek Nazarbekov congratulated President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his birthday, and wished the President of Turkmenistan good health, long life, great success in ongoing large-scale activities for the benefit and prosperity of the Turkmen people.
As a gift, the Honored Artist of Turkmenistan, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with National Artist of Turkmenistan D. Rahmanova sang a lyric song via conference call.
The song “Arzuw”, created by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and his grandson Kerim, concluded the concert. Accompanied by video clips, reflecting the modern realities of the life of our country, it was performed by all participants in the concert.
