For special merits in strengthening the bonds of friendship between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Türkiye, strengthening the unity and cohesion of the two friendly peoples, as well as taking into account the enormous personal contribution to the expansion of long-term cooperation between the two states in the political, economic, scientific, educational and cultural fields, to award the President of the Turkish Republic Recep Tayyip Erdoğan the title of “Hormatly il ýaşulusy” of Turkmenistan.
Guided by the primordial traditions and customs of the Turkmen people, principles of friendship, brotherhood, good neighborliness and humanism inherited from their ancestors, in order to organize an exhibition of Afghan goods and a Turkmen-Afghan business forum in Ashgabat from March 3 to 5, 2024, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, ordering the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs to hold the above events at a high organizational level in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry from March 3 to 5 of the current year.
Considering the great merits of our women in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state in implementing transformations for the sake of the prosperity of the country, in raising a healthy and inspired generation devoted to the Motherland, in order to continue the noble traditions of their ancestors in honouring beloved mothers and dear sisters, as well as the implementation of the Presidential Resolution Turkmenistan № 1152 «On the presentation of cash gifts to the women of our country on the occasion of International Women’s Day» dated the 27th of February, 2019, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.

In order to further develop the country’s education sector in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state and systematically strengthen its material and technical base, successfully implement the tasks outlined in the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028”, and further transform the architectural and urban appearance of the capital, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which Ashgabat City Khyakimlik is allowed to conclude contracts with local building enterprises for the design and construction of secondary schools and kindergartens in the Parahat-7 residential area of Ashgabat city with the improvement of adjacent territories.
The city of Arkadag, founded during the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State under the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag, is a city that has no equal in the region, built on the concept of a "smart city" with the most advanced amenities for living.
