Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on the appointment and dismissal of prosecutors

Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed to us by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of Turkmen society and every family, as well as on the occasion of the sacred Gadyr Gijesi, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardon in honour of the sacred Gadyr gijesi of convicted persons», releasing those pardoned from further serving the main sentence of imprisonment.

In order to successfully implement the educational policy of the President of Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, create favorable conditions for modern education and upbringing, develop the young generation into specialists with a broad outlook who understand innovative technologies, as well as presenting laptops as gifts to students admitted in 2024 – 2025 academic year in the first grade of secondary schools of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which the Ministry of Education is allowed to conclude contracts with the Agzybirlik tilsimaty Joint Venture  and the Aýdyň gijeler Economic Society for the purchase of laptops produced in Turkmenistan, their installation before August 1, 2024 in educational institutions and their maintenance.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Batyr Amangeldievich Annaev was relieved of his post as Deputy General Director of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers in view of his transfer to another job.

In accordance with the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Law of Turkmenistan “On Military Duty and Military Service”, I decree:

In order to organize, in accordance with the requirements of the time, activities related to the implementation in the interests of the country and people of national programs and international initiatives of the President of Turkmenistan, as well as establishing a systemic partnership within the framework of projects implemented jointly with the UN and its specialized structures, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which The Strategic Advisory Council «Turkmenistan–United Nations» was created and its composition was approved.

Cardinal reforms implemented in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State transform our independent neutral fatherland into an industrially developed country of the world. A large-scale work carried out creates favourable conditions for peaceful and happy life of our courageous people, further development and perfection of society. The contribution of our hardworking women to unprecedented successes and high boundaries reached by our independent dynamically developing country is huge.

In accordance with Articles 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Court”, I decree:

In order to turn the country into a blooming garden, create forest areas and properly care for planted tree seedlings in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as implement the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan №867 dated February 9, 2024 “On planting trees in Turkmenistan in 2024”, the President Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, ordering a nationwide greening campaign to be held in the country on March 16, 2024.
